UVic Sports Card
You need a UVic Sports Card to take part in sports activities organised by the UVic Sports Service.

The price
The UVic Sports Card is free. You just need to pay €10 for the sports insurance at the Academic Administrative Office.
When to apply
You can apply at any time. The card is valid until the following August.
Insurance
The sports insurance policy is compulsory for students, teachers and service staff taking part in activities organised by the UVic Sports Service:
- Access to Club Patí Vic, Club Atlètic Vic, Pàdel Osona facilities and the Rocòdrom climbing wall (only with FEEC licence).
- UVic competitions (tennis, five-a-side football, etc.)
- Courses and activities (Tai Chi, Pilates, excursions, skiing, etc.)
- University competitions (championships of Catalonia and Spain)
Price: €7
Validity: 1 academic year (till the following August)
Issuer: L’Aliança. Broker: UNIFEDESPORT.
Insurance cover: accidents and injuries playing sports and in transport involved. Health care.
Accident / injury protocol
Our medical centre in Vic is the Clínica de Vic (Ronda Francesc Camprodon, número 4 - Tel. 938 816 500).
If you suffer an injury, go to the Sports Service or the Academic Administrative Office (AGA) to report the incident and then go to the medical centre.
If you have a serious injury and can't get to the UVic offices, go first to the medical centre.
You will need to show your UVic Sports Card.
