Student Services runs an accommodation list where you can find two kinds of accommodation:

rooms (renting a room in a flat shared with other students)
flats (the whole flat is available for rent to one or more students)

Information for international students

Finding accommodation is not easy since UVic does not have its own halls of residence and does not provide a search service for students (national or international) either. However, the Accommodation Service (serveidestudiants@uvic.cat) will give you all the information you need to help you find appropriate accommodation. Please be aware that you are responsible for organising accommodation for yourself.

Check available accommodation offers at the UVic Virtual Campus: Community>Student Unit> University of Vic Accommodation Lists.

Due to data protection no contact details are included in the Virtual Campus. You have to do the following: check the flats or rooms you like from the list and send an e-mail to the Accommodation Service with the reference numbers (Ref:1, Ref: 32, etc.) and they will give you the contact details of available flats/rooms.

Where to Vic is

	Train services operate from Sants and Plaça Catalunya stations in Barcelona on Line 3 to Vic, Ripoll, Puigcerdà and La Tour de Carol (all of which stop at Vic). You can check train timetables online. 902 240 202
	The closest airports are El Prat, near Barcelona (around 70km from Vic), and Girona Airport (around 60km). For further information please check the AENA (Aeropuertos Españoles y Navegación Aérea) website. A regular bus service operates between Girona airport and Girona city centre, where you can then catch the Eixbus to Vic; there are also coach services from Girona to Barcelona. A train service runs every 30 minutes from Barcelona Airport to Sants train station, where you can catch a train to Vic (Line 3). There are also buses from the airport to Barcelona city centre (Plaça Catalunya), where nearby (Carrer Casp, 34) you can catch a Sagalés coach to Vic.
	We can put you in touch with people to share a car: People who drive their own cars and are looking for passengers. People who do not have a car and are looking for a lift. We can provide further information on different ways of getting to Vic: train timetables, coach services, etc.
